We are a limited company and fully insured. Our cleaners are trained and

End of Tenancy Cleaning

We understand that thorough cleaning is essential for end of tenancy

properties, and that speed matters to ensure the premises

are ready for the new occupiers. We assure you that we will provide our

cleaning/deep cleaning service within 5 days of being contacted. Our service

covers:

GS Cleaning also offers extra services for an additional fee:

• Electrostatic spray cleaning of walls and ceilings

• Jet-washing external areas

 

 

Steam cleaning:

For steam cleaning, we use specialised equipment that cleans

carpets and upholstery. Our cleaning prices are as follows:

Oven & fridge cleaning:

Cleaning the inside of ovens and fridges starts from £60, which

depends on appliance size and the amount of dirt and grime that

needs cleaning.

 

Electrostatic:

Electrostatic Spray Cleaning

We offer an electrostatic spraying service that uses new technology to ensure

surfaces are clean and protected from viruses and bacteria with a specialised

disinfectant. This is especially useful for surfaces in communal areas

of end of tenancy and HMO accommodation. The equipment can also

clean kitchen ceilings and walls where needed.

This additional service starts from £45.

 

Jet-Washing:

Jet-Washing

We also offer jet-washing for external areas, including the

                     CONSTRUCTION  CLEANING

We provide builders clean and sparkle cleaning for new residential

and commercial developments and householder extensions. We meet with

clients on site to assess the job and provide a free quote.

                              OFFICE  CLEANING

We offer a cleaning service that can be carried out weekly or

fortnightly.
